From the Appalachian Mountains to international stages, Lanie Gardner is quickly becoming one of country music’s most exciting rising stars. After her viral cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” surpassed 100M views, the singer-songwriter has continued building momentum with her sophomore album Faded Polaroids — an 18-track journey through family roots, love, healing, and self-discovery, blending country storytelling with indie-rock grit and pop edge.

Named a 2025 Artist to Watch by the Recording Academy and Amazon Music, and part of CMT’s Next Women of Country: Class of 2025, Gardner has made her Grand Ole Opry debut, performed on the TODAY Show, played Stagecoach, and toured with artists including Thomas Rhett, Corey Kent, and Gavin Adcock, with upcoming dates supporting Jason Aldean. Corey Smith's debut album, Undertones (2003), introduced fans to his honest, relatable storytelling rooted in Southern life and working-class values. In 2011, his album The Broken Record reached No. 17 on the Billboard Country chart, marking one of his most successful releases. He later partnered with Sugar Hill Records for While the Gettin’ Is Good, produced by Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band).

Smith’s latest release, Suburban Drawl, recorded

at Nashville’s Sound Emporium and produced by Erik Dylan, continues his tradition of heartfelt songwriting and Southern storytelling.

Known for his powerful live shows, Corey Smith remains a touring force—often performing more than 100 shows a year—and continues to connect with fans through songs like “If I Could Do It Again,” “Twenty-One,” and “Drinkin’ Again.”

As a thank you to the incredible Plain City community, we're proud to host this event through our non-profit organization, Rock The Clock. What started as a small gesture of appreciation has now blossomed into a beloved tradition that brings together folks from across central Ohio and beyond!

 

With each passing year, the festival has grown in size and excitement, drawing in Country music enthusiasts and fun-seekers from all corners of Ohio and neighboring states. 

 

We are truly grateful for the unwavering support and love we've received from the Plain City community. It's your patronage that has made our restaurants thrive, and we couldn't be more thankful. So, come one, come all, and let's make Rock The Clock 2026 the best one yet!

VOLUNTEER

We need volunteers!

Rock the Clock will be donating to eligible local nonprofits that volunteer to work to make this event a success. There are over 75 volunteer spots to help with wristbands, beer ticket sales, beer truck workers and clean-up. This is a tremendous opportunity for these nonprofit groups to earn some much needed money to support their group. You must receive a direct invitation from an eligible nonprofit to signup. Hurry to signup before you miss your chance!
